Events: If after attending the first half of the event you are not completely satisfied, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives during the first afternoon meal break at the event. Refunds are authorized at this time only. To be eligible for a refund you must have attended the event up until the first afternoon meal break and request your refund at the Customer Service Table during the meal break. At your option, we will apply your tuition to another event, or provide you a refund. Simply turn in your workbook and product to Thriving Brain® Customer Service Representative at the Customer Service Table. Complimentary and transferred enrollments are not eligible for refund or credit.

Products: We guarantee satisfaction of all products. A full refund will be given within 30 days of purchase for any reason. For replacement or refund authorization, contact us.

Products ordered through Amazon.com or CreateSpace.com should be returned through them - they have VERY generous return policies.
