SHARLET M. BRIGGS, PhD, is an internationally renowned author and speaker in the field of brain function, self development and memory. She is the author of over 8 books, has created many videos, and has appeared on radio shows.
Her books Age Proofing Your Memory and Age Proofing Your Brain 21 Factors You Can Control have been translated into other languages.
Dr. Sharlet Briggs works with organizations to change their culture and continues to develop programs, books and videos.
In 2007, Sharlet and her husband David founded the Thriving Brain® to take the message and mission of brain literacy to a broad audience through books and other educational tools.
In 2009 Sharlet became Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Management certified and immediately put her skills into productive use transforming workflow in the healthcare setting.
Dr. Briggs holds a Doctorate in Clinical Christian Psychology from Cornerstone University and is Board Certified in Cognitive Therapy, Death & Grief Therapy, Integrated Marriage and Family Therapy, Sexual Therapy, Child & Adolescent Therapy, and L.C.P.C.
